Role

As an Executive Business Partner (Lead) at Intrinsic, you are the Strategic Architect of our leadership operations and a driving force behind our administrative community. Partnering directly with senior VPs, you use independent judgment and absolute discretion to prescribe operational improvements, navigate highly complex stakeholder landscapes, and prevent organizational collisions before they materialize.

Your mission is to construct a predictive operational ecosystem. By engineering advanced AI workflows to absorb transactional administrative burdens, you create the personal bandwidth to act as an essential cross-functional bridge builder, maintaining exemplary organizational trust while keeping our engineering and leadership workstreams completely synchronized.

How your work moves the mission forward

  • Architect Executive Operations: Propose, design, and implement operational structures, meeting cadences, and decision-making frameworks that optimize the time, focus, and effectiveness of senior leadership.
  • Cultivate Exemplary Trust & Communication: Act as an expert, high-judgment liaison between leadership and vital internal pillars (Finance, People Team, Legal, Communications), ensuring meticulous policy compliance and frictionless information flow.
  • Maximize Efficiency with Modern Tools: Seamlessly manage highly complex, shifting calendars, travel logistics, and routine communications by leveraging advanced Google Workspace features and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Own High-Stakes Corporate Programs: Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for major corporate initiatives, large-scale culture projects, and global team offsites, managing full lifecycle execution, vendor relationships, and budget governance.
  • Anchor the Administrative Community: Elevate the capabilities of the wider partner ecosystem across Intrinsic, establishing administrative best practices and acting as a trusted operational mentor and lead.

Skills you will need to be successful

  • Elite Operational Depth: Minimum of 5 years of direct executive business partnership supporting senior VP-level (or equivalent) leaders within a fast-moving, complex technology or international corporate ecosystem.
  • Feedback Resiliency & Style Adaptability: Proven comfort and effectiveness partnering with highly direct, fast-paced leadership styles; ability to receive and constructively integrate feedback regarding behavioral approach as well as tactical results.
  • High-Touch Stakeholder Diplomacy: Outstanding capability to direct large-scale, multi-departmental culture projects simultaneously with high-touch, day-to-day executive support without a reduction in quality, discretion, or precision.
  • Corporate Policy & Governance Fluency: An expert understanding of corporate procurement, expense management, compliance frameworks, and internal processes to safeguard team operations and minimize cross-functional friction.
  • Advanced Workspace Integration & AI Leverage: Deep mastery of Google Workspace combined with proven experience actively integrating generative AI tools (such as Gemini) to accelerate executive communications, synthesize complex business datasets, and aggressively streamline administrative workflows.

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

  • Strategic Advisory & Executive Advocacy: Standout candidates act as a true strategic partner, confidently representing the executive’s voice in internal meetings, protecting leadership brand, and navigating complex matrixed teams during organizational shifts.
  • High-Judgment Synthesis & Auditing: The ability to digest complex, technical business updates and incoming requests, accurately auditing communications and automated drafts for tone, context, nuance, and accuracy before they reach executive visibility.
  • Strategic System Building: A track record of turning custom, one-off executive initiatives (such as global retrospectives, leadership summits, or cultural events) into scalable, documented playbooks utilized across the entire organization.
  • Operational Leverage: The ability to treat administrative support as a leverage game—using Google Workspace, basic scripting, or AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing your time to focus on high-value business partnership and strategic problem-solving.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
