Marketing Strategist & Customer Value Lead

As Marketing Strategist & Customer Value Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Inyova’s brand perception, long-term customer value, and strategic marketing direction on our path toward Inyova Strategy 2026. You’ll own the strategic marketing levers that drive value growth of existing customers — from positioning and NPS to community engagement and upselling.
Your role
As our Marketing Strategist & Customer Value Lead, you will connect brand strategy, customer insight, and value execution. You’ll ensure that Inyova’s communication, content, and customer initiatives create lasting value and loyalty.
In detail, you will be responsible for:
🧭 Owning Marketing Strategy
- Lead the development Inyova’s marketing strategy, aligned with Inyova Strategy 2026
- Own the annual marketing budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation across channels and initiatives
- Drive Inyova’s tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Oversee PR, strategic website upgrades, and visual language alignment
💚 Customer Value & Retention
- Increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) by, e.g., driving upselling initiatives, cross-selling initiatives, or increasing customer retention
- Grow customer happiness, measured as NPS, and gather customer insights to continuously improve Inyova’s value proposition
Your profile
You are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, brand, and customer experience. You bring a mix of analytical skills, conceptual depth, and impact-driven motivation.
Specifically, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or customer lifecycle management, ideally in fintech, sustainability, or digital products
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- A track record in delivering tangible results, backed by data
- A track record in project management and ownership, from concept to execution
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (German and French are a plus)
- A passion for impact and sustainability, and a drive to make investing meaningful for everyone
