Responsibilities:

- Manage large networking and security programs alongside HW-ASIC programs (silicon + systems + software) through phase-gate execution and launch.
- Drive AI and cloud-enabled initiatives, translating technical engineering realities into executable program plans and telemetry pipelines.
- Establish program finance and resourcing automation, including costing models, headcount allocation, and scenario planning for staffing tradeoffs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to build integrated schedules and drive supplier readiness.
- Deliver executive-ready communication, including weekly/monthly readouts, and manage stakeholder alignment across functions without direct authority.
- Anticipate integration and schedule risks, establishing mitigation plans and enforcing accountability for closures.
- Ensure compliance with standardized processes (e.g., TL 9000, TLS2000) and enterprise phase-gate frameworks.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in Program Management within the Networking, Security, or Semiconductor industries.
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise with Jira/Confluence for multi-team planning, dependency tracking, and data-based status reporting.
- Experience with dashboarding and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SQL) for automated rollups of schedule, risk, and quality metrics.
- Proficiency in tooling for structured NPI execution (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jama, or Oracle Agile) with auditable change control.
- Demonstrated experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle processes from concept through operational readiness.
- Knowledge of large-scale networking (routers/switches, optical components) and integration risk management across device software and supply chains.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- Familiarity with TL 9000-style quality management expectations in telecom/ICT environments.
- Experience working with federal or enterprise stakeholders and coordinating vendor commitments.
- Experience in a "Director/VP-style" scope, driving high-level decision-making and QBRs.
