We are seeking a Senior TA Operations Systems Analyst to join the Global TA Operations team, to drive our TA techstack system configuration, audits, reporting and forecasting. As the Senior TA Operations System Analyst, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems.
In this role, you will lead configuration, enhancements, audits, and reporting in our TA techstack - including the ATS, CRM, and full life-cycle recruiting tools. You will lead system troubleshooting internally, and with vendor relationships, proactively managing risk and ensuring continuous improvements. You will be responsible for driving reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, hiring trends, and data integrity in partnership with TA Leadership, FP&A, and People Business Partners. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global TA Operations.
Responsibilities:
System Administration
- Act as the global admin for the ATS (Greenhouse), CRM, Sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gem), and other TA tooling. Manage permissions, workflow configurations, and integrations.
- Drive proactive continuous improvement across our techstack.
Data Architecture & Management
- Maintain clean data standards across all regions globally, ensuring metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Offer Accept rate are measured the same regardless of location.
- Regularly audit TA data to identify any risks or inconsistencies, partnering with TA Leadership, FP&A, and other stakeholders to mitigate downstream impact.
Insights & Dashboards
- Design and maintain real-time global dashboards for TA effectiveness and insights.
- Ensure seamless integration between our ATS, headcount management, and HRIS.
- Leverage predictive analytics to inform leadership of pipeline gaps, role or organization specific attrition, and general hiring trends.
Automation Strategy
- Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement measurable automation and improvements in partnership with Programs and Enablement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of TA or HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Demonstrated experience partnering with TA or HR Organizations on system configurations and data management.
- Experience serving as an admin in an enterprise-level Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong experience generating TA dashboards, reporting, and insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI.
- Admin experience in Greenhouse ATS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, translating complex technical information to all audiences.
- Experience working with technical and systems teams to implement operational processes.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership.
The approximate base salary range for this position is $97,123 - $126,652. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Location: This position can work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices or fully remote in the US.

Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. IonQ's HQ is located in College Park, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in Bothell, WA (near Seattle). Depending on the position, you may be required to be near one of our offices in College Park, Seattle, Toronto, Canada, and Basel, Switzerland.
