J-Track is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Estimating Team, assisting them in successfully submitting hard bids and design-build proposals to various agencies and clients.                                            

II.  EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • College Degree or proven experience as an administrative assistant.                                                                 

III.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails from subcontractors.
  • Coordinate tasks from various departments and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Document control for construction bids and proposals.
  • Fill out forms required to submit bids and proposals.
  • Maintain communication and internal database for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Upload and distribute bid documents.
  • General office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Experience in construction is preferred but not required.

IV.  QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $90,000 USD
