iRely is looking for a professional Software Product Manager to join their team in Makati City, Philippines. This position offers hybrid set-up (3-4 days onsite per week).

Job Overview
As a hands-on Product Manager for Manufacturing module, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery. You will work directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet business objectives, solve user problems, gather business requirements, oversee product development, and deliver measurable value. In this role, you’ll balance leadership responsibilities with active participation in product development, driving both strategy and execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to establish objectives and success criteria for product teams, develop compelling business cases, and ensure product features align with business priorities and deliver user value.
- Product Delivery: Drive product delivery by managing the backlog, writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and evaluating post-delivery metrics. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure the final product aligns with customer needs and business goals.
- Product Strategy & Road Mapping: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, balancing immediate execution, MVP development and phased delivery with long-term vision. Prioritize features based on value and strategic impact to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to foster clear communication and align expectations. Serve as the key point of contact for product-related inquiries, feedback, and decision-making.
- Agile Leadership: Advocate for agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, etc. to drive efficient product development. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to evaluate product performance focusing on business impact and user satisfaction. Employ user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions, ensuring products meet client demands and drive measurable results.
- Product Ideation and Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders. Create use cases that highlight product value, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
- Prioritization and Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve conflicts around planning, scope, and priorities, promoting alignment and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor business analysts, developers, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, learning, and skill development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Product Management
- Proven track record of successfully creating, managing, and delivering profitable and high-value product roadmaps
- Minimum of 3 years in people leadership – managing and coaching cross-functional teams
- Plant operations experience desired and with familiarity and knowledge of manufacturing in relation to:
- Inventory Management
- Product Costing
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Plant Maintenance
- Formula and versioning
- Quality Assurance
- Warehouse Movement
- Domain experience in Manufacturing or Petroleum is a plus
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with expertise in product planning and prioritization
