Position Overview:
iRely is a leading software company specializing in ERP Software products for Commodity Trading & Risk Management. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with exceptional content creation, presentation, and communication skills. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 direct reports and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing playbook. You will also represent the company at trade shows, manage advertising content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new software products to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and blog articles.
- Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with product and sales teams to successfully launch new software products and lead go-to-market strategies.
- Trade Show & Event Management:
- Plan, and represent the company at industry trade shows
- Engage with clients and prospects, delivering exceptional presentations that highlight product value.
- Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media promotions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Customer Engagement: Interface with existing and potential customers at events, fostering relationships and promoting the company’s products and services.
- Travel: Up to 50% of travel is required for trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- Able to manage a team of 5 direct reports
- 7 to 10 + years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
- Experience in software products, to include launches and campaigns and taking products to market is required.
- Experienced in Digital Design work, Digital Advertising, Graphic design
- UI/UX, SaaS, ERP Software experience is a plus.
- HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe
