Job Overview
iRely is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the Accounts Payable module within our enterprise software suite. This role is pivotal in ensuring our solutions align with customer needs, integrate seamlessly with other modules, and drive business success.
You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful feature delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, business analysts, customer support, and implementation specialists.
Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, India or Makati, Philippines (3–4 days/week onsite)
Duties and Responsibilities

Will Lead the Accounts Payable module as product manager, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Engage with customers directly or through implementation teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

Create functional specifications, including use cases, mock-ups, and process diagrams, and provide estimates for customer approval.
- Team Guidance and Collaboration:
- Guide business analysts and development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers of other modules to ensure seamless integration of software across modules.
- Provide training during onboarding of new team members and for new feature releases.
- Drive the commercial success of new features and products, including Document Management, Intelligent Document Processing, VoIP, etc.
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects to ensure the success and adoption of new products.
- Take ownership of product quality, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure high standards.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer support issues, ensuring timely resolution per Service Level Agreements.
- Utilize internal programs to deliver product features with the highest quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance feature sets, product quality, and competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Focus on reducing support issues by eliminating bugs and enhancing feature intuitiveness.
- Facilitate the growth of offshore teams, fostering technical, analytic, and leadership skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Product or Application Development.

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 3 years in the financial/accounting domain related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing product development teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
- Preferred experience with SQL Server.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and T-SQL is beneficial.
- Experience in a software company and strong familiarity with implementation practices are highly desirable.
