Marketing Manager

iRely  (www.irely.com) We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong understanding of digital marketing in the software industry.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, learning new marketing tools, and managing multiple functions to drive results.

  • Develop & execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all channels to align brand and business goals.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion with audience segmentation.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
  • Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in personalization, cross-channel consistency, customer identity and experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Team Management: Manage and oversee a team of 2 to 3 marketing associates, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and blog articles.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce advertisement and media content to launch new software products and marketing strategies
  • Trade Show & Event Management: Plan, and represent the company at industry trade shows
  • Engage with clients and prospects, delivering exceptional presentations that highlight product value.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Sales & Product Teams Support:  Work with both Product Managers and Sales Teams to build marketing campaigns for Software Products
  • Travel: Up to 25% of travel is required for industry conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing with leadership experience, and leading successful campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
  • Experienced in Digital Design work, Digital Advertising, Graphic design
  • Software industry experience is a plus.
  • HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience
