iRely is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Product Manager with a strong background in Manufacturing to lead the development of our Manufacturing Module. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative software solutions, collaborate closely with global teams, and deliver products that drive measurable business value.

Location: Bengaluru, India | Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients and internal teams to define product goals, business cases, and success metrics.

• Product Delivery: Own the product backlog, craft user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, quality releases.

• Strategy & Roadmap: Build and maintain a strategic roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align teams across engineering, QA, and business functions to deliver impactful outcomes.

• Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, and ensure on-time, value-driven delivery.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics, customer feedback, and A/B testing to refine features and measure success.

• Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product Management

• Proven success in delivering profitable, high-value software products

• At least 3 years of people leadership managing cross-functional teams

• Hands-on exposure to plant operations or manufacturing domains, especially in:

  • Inventory Management

  • Product Costing

  • Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Plant Maintenance

  • Formula Management & Versioning

  • Quality Assurance

  • Warehouse Movement

• Domain experience in Manufacturing or Petroleum is a plus

• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
