Software Product Manager/Director of Product, ERP Financial Accounting

iRely is seeking a Senior level Product Manager/Director, with experience or educations in Financial Accounting software products to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution within our ERP and CTRM software suite.  In this role you will lead the development of our Accounting Software Products and Solutions throughout all domain groups, with product ownership, and managing cross-functional teams located in US and International.

Play a key role in delivering high-quality software features and product maintenance. Provides assessments, evaluations, coordinating, and integrating the various stages of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with accounting software product management with significant experience in portfolio management and leadership positions. Previous experience leading an offering management function with a focus on portfolio growth from initial concept to complete software solution

Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and market share.   Monitor and track portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth

Portfolio Strategy and Development

Develop and execute the overall strategy for accounting products portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new offerings.

Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, executive leadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market dynamics. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product offerings.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the portfolio. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the offering management team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 10+ years’ experience Financial Accounting Industry, software products or applications.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Implementation or Business Analyst 
• Experience working with internal team and Offshore technical teams
• General Ledger (GL): chart of accounts, journals, periods, closed processes
• Experience in either accounting systems to include TAX, AP, AR, GL…

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or computer science or equivalent, Masters preferred, CPA a plus!
