Purpose

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented integrated Project Manager to join our team and help lead the charge on a few of our clients including IHG, Clarios and other amazing clients. This is a critical role for an organized, proactive leader who loves the "how" of making great work happen. We are looking for someone who’s comfortable working across multiple workstreams, tight timelines, and can raise flags and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle of integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across broadcast/video, social, digital, OOH, and retail/in-store touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Operations to help implement and optimize our new PM/RM tool, ensuring all workstreams are accurately tracked, resourced, and reported on.
  • Balance several "always-on" workstreams alongside major brand pulses, maintaining clear timelines, dependencies, and delivery windows.
  • Proactively manage creative and production bandwidth within the new RM tool, flagging potential bottlenecks and helping to solve staffing puzzles before they impact delivery.
  • Serve as the central hub between Account, Strategy, Creative, and Production. You are responsible for ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed and that "brief-to-ship" is a smooth process.
  • Maintain real-time project health data. Provide visibility into project status, budget burn, and team utilization.
  • Own the schedule for internal stand-ups, creative reviews, and stakeholder check-ins. Ensure all meetings have clear agendas and actionable recaps.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, keeping teams aligned, and proactively communicating updates and blockers.
  • Helping improve how we work by streamlining processes and finding efficiencies in how we deliver.

Professional Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of various advertising channels such as social, digital, web, POS, print, motion, TV, DOOH, OOH
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools, principles, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative agency setting.

Salary Range

Our estimated range for this role is $70,000-$80,000

Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.

We also meet with department leaders 3x/year to ensure we are supporting employees in living into their full potential.  Our promotions are not limited to a specific time per year. Promotions are tied to performance.
