IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Integrator supporting the H-60 Production and Fielding Program for Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) on Redstone. Potential candidates to provide technical advice and assistance to multiple Army aviation customers. The candidate will be responsible for the essential functions listed below and must display the competencies as described to complete those essential functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the UHPO Technical Team conducting the MY XI proposal evaluation leading to negotiations and settlement of the MYXI contract.
- Represent the technical team and provide evaluation status updates periodically
- Conduct one on one functional area evaluation sessions with UHPO Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop functional area positions for labor, material, and travel.
- Prepare recommended position and conduct fact-finding with OEM in preparation for negotiations.
- Prepare Request for Information (RFI) for areas of the OEM proposal that require information beyond that provided and utilize RFI information to prepare USG positions.
- Prepare both OBJECTIVE and RECOMMENDED USG Positions, providing labor hours, material costs, travel quantities and supporting narrative rationale for these positions.
- Prepare Technical Evaluation Reports to support the USG Positions aircraft labor, non-aircraft Labor, non-aircraft material, travel, fuel supplier tooling for inclusion into the Pre-Negotiation Objective (POM) report
- Support revised technical positions updating labor, travel, and material for offer turns
- Prepare final technical reports documenting the Negotiated Settlement Position
- Interface directly with UHPO Business Lead and ACC MYXI KO.
- Work under the direction of the UHPO 60PF Chief Engineer.
- Other duties as assigned
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant work experience is required.
- The ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position.
- An ideal candidate would possess strong technical evaluation skills, have previous experience dealing with MY, and Utility Helicopter is preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Travel: Must be able and willing to travel up to 10%
