IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Certification and Evaluation Military Operations Analyst-Entry/Mid Missile Defense Battery (MDB) to provide the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G37 Training, Readiness and Exercise Division (G37 TREX) with certification and evaluation support. The position will assess subordinate commands’ certification process, validate unit readiness and progress toward attaining command end-state conditions, achieving command objectives, and performing command tasks to support the command’s Standards and Evaluations Program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Certification and Evaluation Support Specialist for MDB.
- Represent G37 TREX as a qualified expert in the MDB mission area including crew readiness and operating procedures.
- Possess knowledge of the operating systems and tools incorporated in MDB operations.
- Plan, resource, and conduct certification assessments as required for the MDB mission area.
- Support certifications and certification events when requested and coordinated through the G3 TREX.
- Plan, develop, and prepare recommendations to update/revise the Command’s Standards & Evaluations Program focusing on the MDB mission area.
- Able to support the USASMDC GMD mission area when required.
- Support certifications and certification events to include brigade external evaluations (EXEVALs) by developing master scenario event list (MSELs), exercise development products.
- Conduct military decision-making process (MDMP), briefings and professional writing for USASMDC MDB mission area.
- Facilitate the Certification, Confirmation, and Validation (CCV) process to maintain operational readiness and on-time completion of certification products.
- Support the additional USASMDC mission areas as requested.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
Education and General experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bn or above level staff experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
- Willing to travel in support of business needs.
