Job Summary
The Operations Support Associate III at Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC, reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements to operational efficiency, along with organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating corresponding companywide business initiatives.
This role requires onsite attendance in our Carlsbad, CA office.
Position Responsibilities
- Responds to Operational or Compliance related support requests (internal and external).
- Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex requests or problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
- Operate as backup to the Customer Support I and Production Support I Roles.
- Analyzes and make recommendations for business performance improvement.
- Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
- Maintain company databases such as AMS360 and OnlineMGA
- Assist the operations director in daily management, troubleshooting, and process improvements for all departments.
- Provide feedback on company policies and procedures
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement.
- Support the operations director with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Provide production level support to our platform business units.
- Track and manage Production Level tasks for development support issues using tools such as Jira.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of departmental documentation of processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency in operations
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 3-5 years professional operations experience
- Ability to work under moderate supervision
- Experience with phone system management and call routing preferred
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- A customer service oriented mindset
- Strong track record in delivering the highest levels of customer care and leadership
- Ability to work onsite in our Carlsbad, CA office
The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.
ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
National Pay Range
$26.44 - $33.65 USD
