Job Summary

The Production Support Associate at Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC, reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements to operational efficiency, along with organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating corresponding companywide business initiatives.

Candidates considered for this role must be willing to work out of our Carlsbad, CA office.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide high level, production level support to our platform business units.
  • Track and manage production level tasks for development support issues using tools such as Jira.
  • Make recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Maintain company databases such as AMS360 and OnlineMGA.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of departmental documentation of processes, procedures, and standards. This documentation serves as a reference for employees and helps ensure consistency in operations.
  • Train new employees, ensuring they understand the operational processes and standards. Provide ongoing training to existing staff as processes evolve.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years experience in a professional business environment in a similar role
  • Proven track record in delivering the highest levels of customer care and leadership
  • Experience with phone system management and call routing preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional phone communication skills with customers
  • Willing to work in our Carlsbad, CA office

 

The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range

$22 - $27 USD
