What You’ll Be Part Of:

iSpot.tv is a fast-growing venture-backed start-up in Bellevue. We're changing how brands, agencies and networks measure and assess the impact of TV advertising campaigns. Our software uses proprietary audio and video analysis to monitor and extract TV commercials, movie trailers and other promotional content from TV. At the same time, our software analyzes consumer interactions with TV ads on the digital screen across search, video and social. Interactions are matched with specific ads and attributed back to airings on TV.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is HIGHLY motivated and excited about gaining valuable experience at a cutting-edge Internet company. Your duties will include working with our video and metadata entry software while providing quality assurance. You will be tagging and processing commercials, entering critical metadata into our database, and ensuring live content is added as efficiently as possible. We tag and categorize EVERYTHING about each commercial, which includes brands, products, promotions, songs, events, venues, celebrities, characters and more!

  • Dedication to improving/refining performance
  • Pop culture knowledge is essential
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Communication skills -- a definite must
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge in AP Style is a plus

This role is a full-time swing/evening position of which you will work partly in our Bellevue office, and partly from home (reliable Internet and a home machine, such as a laptop, is required). The ability to work on a weekend day/evening is also required with the flexibility to cover shifts.

Target cash compensation range: €35,000 - 40,000 EUR Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
