What You’ll Be Part Of:
As the Regional Vice President of Sales at iSpot, you will lead a dedicated team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth across our new and existing customer base. Your primary focus will be on optimizing customer value through our Ace, iSpot, and 605 product suites while ensuring strategic guidance, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in shaping customer partnerships and executing annual account planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability in driving revenue across key accounts.
- Revenue Growth: Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds quarterly revenue and customer growth goals.
- Strategic Territory and Account Planning: Own the annual strategic account planning process, employing the SPICED framework (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event(s), Decisions) to understand and address customer goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Forecasting: Accurately communicate expected sales revenue within specific times frames ranging from monthly to annually factoring in historical rep performance, economic conditions, and competitor and market trends.
- Execution of QBR/EBR: Guide your team in the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Executive Business Reviews (EBR) to demonstrate value to customers and internal stakeholders
- Revenue Cycle Management: Lead the team in managing the customer account revenue cycle, including renewals and expansions, to achieve company-wide revenue targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, emerging opportunities, and industry developments to identify growth potential for both iSpot and its customers.
- Escalation Management: Utilize your position to assist your team in managing escalated customer concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in customer-facing roles with mid to senior-level personnel, particularly in national brand sales or account management. SaaS preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in data measurement, market research, marketing, advertising, or a related field. Experience in linear and streaming measurement is a plus.
- Team Development: Proven track record in building and coaching high-performing teams with diverse skill sets.
- People Management: Demonstrated experience as an effective people manager focused on recognizing, inspiring, and developing talent.
- C-suite Engagement: Ability to engage in strategic conversations, presentations, and revenue discussions at the C-suite level.
- Strategic Vision: Strong strategic vision with the capability to deliver compelling business cases for new initiatives.
- Adaptability: Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments..

- Atlassian Suite: Confluence, JIRA, and Slack for project management and team collaboration.
- CRM Tools: Salesforce and Highspot for customer relationship management and analytics.
- Google Suite: For document creation and collaboration.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Chorus: For call analysis and coaching.
- Analytics: Tableau and i360
- Zoom: For client facing and internal meetings

Target cash compensation range: $172,480 - 225,950 USD Annually
This role's variable compensation is based on quarterly targets and is paid quarterly at an 50/50 base/variable split.
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
