What You’ll Be Part Of:
As an iSpot Solutions Engineering Sr. Director you will be a part of a team that brings together business intelligence, technical knowledge, and customer service. You will work with a high performing team who service the entire enterprise, driving new business and expansion opportunities. You are skilled at selling, and also have the ability to put significant effort into product education, integrations, and analysis. Goal being a level of proficiency that makes the complexities of TV measurement simple to understand for prospects and internal sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and mentoring the Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Demonstrate mastery of all offerings and articulate iSpot’s value proposition and most impactful solutions with precision to senior client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.).
- Possess a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and iSpot's unique position to guide strategy and client roadmapping.
- Solve complicated challenges and develop tailored solutions and deliverables for complex client needs autonomously.
- Utilize strong active listening skills to mirror client needs and deliver precisely tailored solutions.
- Proactively serve as an internal expert across a variety of teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and driving education across Solutions Engineering and other internal teams.
- Participate directly in product development, either proactively driving new offerings and enhancements or serving as an SME on product strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Leverage deep analytical experience to guide the development of data-driven solutions and insights.
- Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities and new methodologies.
- Be comfortable utilizing business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on-the-fly analysis and to inform strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate new client strategic road mapping and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to facilitate the adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices, and work through unique, high-value use cases.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 12+ years of related professional experience, with a proven track record of success at a senior level in either ad tech or at a brand, agency, or consulting firm.
- Proven experience leading and scaling SaaS or subscription revenue in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data inputs into a concise and compelling strategic narrative for various stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and lead multiple work streams in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
- Proven ability to understand and/or negotiate complex enterprise contracts and navigate internal processes with stakeholders from finance, legal, and procurement.
- Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required to support key relationships and drive business growth.
- A master’s degree is highly preferred in business, statistics, data science, or engineering with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategy.
Preferred Skills:
- You have deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media. And have experience informing buy, plan and optimize strategies.
- You are a self-motivated problem solver.
- You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners, and internal teams), assessing outcomes, and making recommendations.
- You excel in an environment of ambiguity, welcome the opportunity to manage multiple work streams, and can tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets.
- You have the ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth.
Target cash compensation range: $148,550 - 191,000 USD Annually
This role's variable compensation is based on quarterly targets and is paid quarterly at an 80/20 base/variable split.
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
