Partner Manager

The Partner Manager role sits at the center of iSpot’s most dynamic and influential ecosystem: data, attribution and identity. Few roles in the industry offer this kind of cross-partner exposure or the ability to influence integrations that shape how the entire CTV landscape plans, measures and optimizes media.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an external and internal face of iSpot’s partnership and integration strategy across the Connected TV ecosystem, including data and identity providers as well as attribution/outcome partners.
- Act as a day-to-day partner lead, operationalizing and managing strategic partnerships, including: attending and representing iSpot’s interests in weekly partner meetings, support/facilitation of individual iSpot sales opportunities, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Work directly with internal client facing teams to ideate, confirm, scope, order and facilitate opportunities that require data, attribution and identity solutions with third party partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize and operationalize new integrations that enhance measurement fidelity, identity match rates, and client performance.
- Ensure GTM readiness by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate new integrations into sellable and repeatable solutions.
- Create and maintain partner materials including one-sheets, FAQs, GTM guides, enablement training, and internal documentation.
- Manage partner operations and workflows, including timelines, follow-ups, risk identification, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support partner and integration health checks to ensure partner success and long-term value creation.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, customer success, or partner management role within the CTV, ad-tech, programmatic, data/identity, or SaaS ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills; comfortable interfacing with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and drive projects forward with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong baseline understanding of the CTV, programmatic, identity, attribution, and data partnership landscape.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Legal to deliver solutions.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, and complex workflows with rigor and follow-through.
- Passion for data-driven marketing, measurement innovation, and the evolving CTV/streaming ecosystem.
Target cash compensation range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD Annually
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
