itD is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead the analysis and administration of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plans for the company’s global field organization, ensuring accurate payouts, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement that supports revenue performance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales compensation administration and analytics, with a track record of delivering accurate commission processing, improved workflows, and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Lead the accurate calculation and processing of incentive compensation for the company’s global sales organization.

Partner with Sales Operations to manage compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes.

Analyze commission inquiries, provide reporting support, and resolve complex compensation issues.

Develop and implement process improvements to streamline, automate, and enhance end-to-end commission workflows.

Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy annual global compensation plans.

Create and maintain documentation to support strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Support internal and external audit activities related to incentive compensation processes.

Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR stakeholders.
Internal Responsibilities:
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or accounting.

Demonstrated experience administering and analyzing incentive compensation plans.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
