Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst (6127)
itD is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to drive the accurate administration and continuous improvement of sales incentive compensation programs, supporting operational excellence and enabling a high-performing global sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales compensation administration, financial analysis, and process optimization, along with a track record of delivering accurate payouts, streamlined processes, and actionable reporting insights.
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Duration: 4 months but will most likely be extended

Responsibilities:
• Calculate and administer accurate incentive compensation payouts for a global sales organization
• Analyze compensation data and resolve commission inquiries, discrepancies, and reporting needs
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to process credit adjustments and retroactive compensation changes
• Develop and enhance commission processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain annual compensation plans
• Support audit activities by maintaining documentation and ensuring strong internal controls
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
Internal Responsibilities:
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or accounting
• Proven experience with incentive compensation administration and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience with sales compensation tools such as Xactly Incent or similar platforms
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls
• Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
