Technical Project Manager

itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of legal and privacy approval workstreams that support business marketing technology and data-integration launches. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program/project management, cross-functional coordination, legal/privacy/compliance workflows, and evidence-driven delivery, with a track record of keeping multiple workstreams on schedule against fixed launch dates.

Location: Remote; Pacific Time preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple legal and privacy risk assessments through review and approval in parallel, prioritizing true launch blockers against fixed timelines.

  • Scope assessments with Legal and Privacy partners and adjust scope as needed to protect critical-path delivery dates.

  • Gather, validate, and coordinate required evidence and documentation across engineering, data, business, Legal, and Privacy stakeholders.

  • Manage assessment intake, review, remediation, and approval cycles end to end, following up on open items and pending reviews.

  • Publish recurring status updates for senior stakeholders with clear ownership, next steps, timelines, and risks for each workstream.

  • Escalate blockers and timeline risks early, providing a recommended path forward and coordinating the technical consultations needed to resolve gaps.

  • Navigate a large, matrixed organization to identify and mobilize the appropriate subject-matter experts, reviewers, and process owners while documenting decisions and identifying process improvements.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

  • Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.

  • Build material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

  • Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.

  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification as required for the role.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple parallel workstreams against fixed launch dates or SLAs.

  • Experience coordinating legal, privacy, compliance, or similar approval processes.

  • Strong evidence-gathering and documentation skills across technical, business, and legal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams.

  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and identify the appropriate SMEs, reviewers, and process owners.

  • Strong written status reporting and experience escalating blockers and timeline risks to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to quickly onboard to unfamiliar tools, processes, and review workflows.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.

  • Experience with data management or B2B marketing.

  • Experience with data compliance management.

  • Experience supporting technology launches involving legal, privacy, or regulatory review.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
