Project Coordinator IV

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to drive technical product operations and program execution across multiple products and platforms, using data, automation, and AI-assisted solutions to improve product quality, execution, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management, with strong technical product operations experience, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams.

Location: Remote – United States. Hybrid options are available in NYC, Menlo Park, DC, and Seattle. Contractors may be required to work onsite if remote work policies change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives, accelerating delivery, and improving product outcomes through technical and programmatic solutions.
  • Analyze product data using advanced SQL queries, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations, to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings and enable real-time decision-making.
  • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and prototype technical solutions.
  • Identify program risks and potential roadblocks proactively, developing data-backed mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, resolve dependencies, and drive execution.
  • Develop structured documentation, analytical solutions, and operational processes that improve program efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.
  • Build material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
  • Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, or improve productivity.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, detailed documentation, and automated workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to anticipate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and technical domains and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience supporting product operations, particularly within a large technology organization.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code prototyping, or AI-assisted code generation.
  • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
  • Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
  • Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
