Technical Project Manager III

itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to drive legal and privacy approvals for platform and data-integration launches at a leading global technology company. You will be the single accountable coordination point for this workstream, moving multiple approvals through review in parallel against fixed launch dates. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management, compliance or approval workflows, and cross-functional coordination, and a track record of delivering multiple workstreams on compressed timelines.

Location: Remote (Pacific time zone preferred, but flexible).

Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension.

We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.
Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple legal and privacy risk assessments to approval in parallel against fixed launch dates, prioritizing which items are true launch blockers.
  • Scope each assessment with Legal and Privacy partners, and re-scope when needed to protect critical-path timelines.
  • Gather, validate, and submit required evidence and documentation, working with engineering and data partners to produce what reviewers need.
  • Coordinate contract and third-party agreement documentation as inputs to review, working with contract and vendor-management owners.
  • Manage assessment intake, review, and remediation cycles end to end, following up on pending review items.
  • Publish recurring leadership status updates showing status, owner, next step, and timeline risk for every open workstream.
  • Escalate blockers and timeline risk to leadership early, with a recommended path forward.
  • Convene technical teams and subject-matter experts to close open requirement gaps, and identify the right reviewers and process owners across a large organization.
  • Track process inefficiencies, tooling friction, and permission gaps, and propose operational improvements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of approval scope, coverage, and decisions so future launches can reuse prior approvals.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience managing parallel legal, privacy, or compliance approvals against fixed launch dates
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Evidence-gathering and documentation discipline across legal, engineering, and business partners
  • Experience navigating a large matrixed organization to find and mobilize the right SMEs and points of contact
  • Crisp written status reporting and blocker escalation to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to onboard quickly and independently to unfamiliar internal tooling and review workflows
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Data management or B2B marketing experience
  • Data compliance management experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
