About the Role
As a Site Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting clinical and site operations talent to support our growing site network. You will play a key role in staffing roles like Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Specialists (CRS), and other site-facing positions. This role will partner closely with regional leads and site directors to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring aligned with our network's strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment for clinical and operational roles across multiple geographies
- Partner with Regional Directors, Site Managers, and People Partners to assess staffing needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles
- Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring process for site-level candidates
- Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding workflows and hiring metrics
- Support employer branding efforts for site-based hiring
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in clinical research or healthcare
- Experience with high-volume hiring and multi-site coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRCs, CRAs, or similar clinical roles
- Knowledge of regulatory/licensing considerations in clinical hiring
