
People Business Partner, Site Integrations

About the Role
The People Business Partner (JV Integrations) is responsible for leading the HR strategy and execution during joint venture and site acquisition integrations. This role will act as the key liaison between newly acquired sites and Iterative Health’s People team, ensuring a smooth transition that balances business continuity, cultural alignment, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR onboarding and change management initiatives during integrations
- Partner with Corp Dev, Finance, and Ops to align on integration roadmaps and timelines
- Develop integration playbooks and documentation for site transitions
- Identify org design, talent, and policy alignment needs
- Provide coaching and support to new leaders and managers
- Assess engagement and retention risks post-integration and propose mitigation plans
- Up to 30% travel
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or people operations
- Prior experience in M&A integrations or organizational change management
- Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence
- Ability to flex between strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and adaptable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical, healthcare, or multi-site environments
- Background in org design, talent planning, or leadership development
