HR Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing HR tickets, connecting HR programs and services to employees, and assisting with various HR functions to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Triage HR tickets: assign and tag tickets, and schedule tickets to other team members and do follow ups to ensure tickets are completed on time.
  • Updating onboarding and offboarding tickets in the HR board
  • Keeping employee files and database updated.
  • Uploading of employee documents in Rippling and the HR Shared folder.
  • Respond to UI Claims and employment verifications for active employees.
  • Processing of COE's.
  • Preparing necessary forms and processing.
  • Assist in Level I tickets as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job KPIs:

  • 100% New Tickets Triaged within 30 minutes on weekdays
  • 100% assigned ticket is completed within schedule
  • 100% assigned ticket is updated daily (external update)
  • 50% Connectwise Utilization (>4h daily time entry)

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac 
    • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload) 
    • HD webcam/camera 
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings 
    • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app 
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) 
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written 
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. 
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants) 

Compensation:

Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
