
Human Resources Interns
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including file management, recruitment support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn about HR processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative and Clerical Support (if assigned in Employee Relations)
- Provide assistance to key contributors in the team (HR Coordinators).
- Upload employee files and nonsensitive documents to Paylocity and/or SharePoint.
- Organize and maintain HR folders and non-sensitive employee records.
- Ensure that uploaded files comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned by the ER team.
Recruitment Support (if assigned in Recruitment)
- Provide assistance to key contributors in the team (Recruiters/Sourcing Associates).
- Upload candidate resumes to Greenhouse and ensure accurate tagging and information input.
- Reach out to sourced candidates via 3CX (text or call) to remind them to complete their assessments.
- Organize recruitment files and gather data for recruitment reports.
- Post job ads on sourcing channels and update recruitment trackers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment team.
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Requirement:
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur.
- Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
- A quality headset and web camera.
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
- If available, provide NBI Clearance.
Work Schedule:
- Interns are estimated to work for 4–5 hours/day depending on task volume and complexity.
- Our work schedule is 8am - 5pm Pacific Time but flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs and college internship requirements is allowed.
Compensation: Allowance of $0.75/hour
