Job Description

As a Sales Admin Assistant at Intelligent technical Solutions, you are expected to have the ability to understand technological solutions for clients while understanding the relationship skills necessary to communicate effectively to a various number of clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing IT consulting sales support to sales representatives in an assigned territory or customer base.
  • Uncover new client business with existing clients.
  • Grow existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Leverage relationship with clients from a consultative and solutions-based approach.
  • Develop and present solutions based on customer's business requirements.
  • Ability to understand various ways a solution may be delivered and anticipate what will work best for client.
  • Analyze client needs and create supporting documentation to outline these needs.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to create tailored client solutions.
  • Use company CRM and knowledge management tools in order to provide various levels of sales reporting.
  • Sell IT, phone, and Internet services to existing clients.
  • Call clients each week.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments or other “touch points” for client engagement.
  • Create a strategic plan for high-level accounts.

Job KPIs

  • 3 Strategic Business Reviews presentations created and presented.
  • 0 ops out of compliance.
  • <24-hour average response time on Sales tickets.
  • Create opportunities as needed for each sales ticket.
  • Process orders as assigned within 24 hours.
  • Complete assigned quotes within 24 hours.
  • Schedule 3 SBRs & complete CAM calls.
  • Track Warranty & Support Renewals.

 Job Requirements

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur. 
    • Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings. 
    • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app. 
    • HD webcam
    • 2nd Monitor 
    • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplyif using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)

  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) 
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written 
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. 
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).

 Compensation

Pay rate starts from $5.00/hr and may vary by experience and location.
