
HR Coordinator
Position Summary
A proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our new HR vertical -- Performance Management -- in executing initiatives that drive employee engagement, growth, and accountability. This role will play a vital part in the coordination and continuous improvement of our performance processes and tools. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, enjoys working with people and systems, and passionate about building a high-performing culture.
This role is set to progress into a Specialist for Performance Management within 2 years if targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Process Support
- Coordinate the end-to-end performance review cycles (360, quarterly, mid-year, annual), including communications, scheduling, and tracking submissions.
- Maintain accurate performance records and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Provide second-level support to employees and managers on performance-related inquiries and systems.
Employee Engagement
- Monitor the timely release of recurring and custom surveys
- Maintain the healthy Engagement and Participation scores across the organization
- Ensure the proactive communication with teams who are trending to score low in engagement and participation by implementing the ITS CONVERSE program
Disciplinary Action Process
- Work closely with general HR Coordinators and corresponding Team Leads and Managers in handling the execution of Performance Improvement Plans and Disciplinary Action
- Represent HR during Termination Calls
- Ensure that Employee Offboarding is done completely in a timely manner
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and distribute performance-related reports and dashboards.
- Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership.
Communication & Training
- Help create and deliver training materials and internal guides related to performance management tools and processes.
- Support engagement campaigns to promote feedback culture, goal-setting, and ongoing development.
System Administration
- Administer performance management and employee engagement tools (e.g., Paylocity, Officevibe).
- Conduct regular audits of performance data and support system updates or enhancements.
Process Improvement
- Gather feedback on the performance management process and recommend areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new frameworks, programs, and tools that enhance employee development.
General HR Items
- Help with Tier 1 HR Tickets from assigned teams as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination or related HR support role (performance management experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Paylocity Performance.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
Pay rate starts at $4.25/hr and may vary by experience and location.
