Purchasing Coordinator (International)

Job Description

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the company's procurement process. This position is responsible for overseeing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, resolving order or delivery issues, and ensuring accurate records and reporting. This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently across different departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage purchase orders on a daily basis
  • Serve as primary contact for vendors; manage communications and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchasing needs are met
  • Resolve any purchasing-related issues or discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and records for all orders
  • Track and monitor open orders and delivery status; ensure timely fulfillment
  • Oversee and update Professional and Project Boards
  • Manage purchasing platforms and tools (e.g., Office 365, Adobe, SonicWall, MS eOpen, Lenovo, 3CX)
  • Assist with invoice tracking and coordination with accounting for payment processing
  • Prepare and maintain inventory and audit reports

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement coordination
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant purchasing systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Requirements

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
    • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
    • HD webcam/camera
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
  • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)

Compensation

Pay rate starts at $4.00/hour and vary by experience and location.
