About the Position
The Less-than Truck Load Coordinator (LTLC) role will serve as a member of our logistics brokerage team and will help support our client logistics coordination and communication. The LTLC will report directly to the LTL Manager and will work closely with various members of the Final Mile team. Key responsibilities may include:
- Tracking shipments through their lifecycle using our cutting-edge technology systems to ensure 100% visibility to our customers for all shipments.
- Responsible for ensuring excellence in our data integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner, including quoting, scheduling, shipment status updates, and communicating with customers.
- Work with carriers to schedule pickup and deliveries.
- Collect paperwork and ensure records are updated appropriately.
- Organization of team documents and standard operating procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.
About the requirements
The ideal candidate must have an above average attention to detail and be very organized. The LTLC must be able to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Additional attributes we seek include:
- Willingness to learn
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum one year administrative or data entry experience required.
- Strong Customer Service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Hourly: DOE
