About the Position
ITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Reporting Analyst. This position reports to a Sr. Engineering Manager and will oversee the creation, maintenance, distribution, and adoption of operational reporting within our multi-campus distribution and fulfilment business. Reporting needs include, but are not limited to, daily operating plans, KPI and efficiency tracking, transactional activity reporting, dashboards, storage and footprint assessments, and ad-hoc requests as required. Regular and sustained communication with multiple ITS teams, especially our operational and client experience teams, will be critical to ensure adoption and utilization of reporting.
Principle Accountabilities
- Oversee an ’ecosystem’ for operational reporting with an emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs), transactional activity, and account-specific efficiency measurements
- Create, manage, communicate, and distribute a variety of scheduled reporting to internal and external parties
- Design and maintain performance dashboards and tools
- Process ad-hoc reporting requests as required/received
- Maintain a functional and engaged working relationship with leaders from various distribution and fulfilment groups to drive a structured, continuous improvement-oriented reporting mindset and approach
- Meet regularly with internal stakeholders to train, monitor, and improve the impact of reporting tools and methods
About the Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related degree preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with previous experience in operational reporting and data analysis strong preferred
- Experience with basic database and business intelligence systems, SQL, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a demonstrated ability to extract and compile data to create succinct and operationally impactful reporting
- Solid skills with MS Office (Excel in particular)
- A make-it-happen person, who is adaptable and possesses a high sense of urgency to get the job done right and on time, despite obstacles, within a team-centric environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000
