About the Position

At ITS, HR isn’t just a standard support team. We are business partners, integrated into the business to provide SME level feedback and dynamic tension.  You will gain a deep understanding of the business group you support and be pushed to expand on your HR skillset from the tactical to the strategic. You will be responsible for maintaining and championing our culture to those inside your circle of influence. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy and consistent communication pathways between leadership, the employees, and other ITS sites.

Essential Job Functions

Essential activities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as subject matter expert on all HR functions including but not limited to talent development, compensation, benefit, employee relations, etc.
  • Source, screen, and conduct interviews for all roles at the site.
  • Understand and deliver on HR SLAs.
  • Oversees the performance management process through partnerships with management and leadership to develop Succession Planning and Talent Management initiatives.
  • Provide support to a variety of HR initiatives, leadership development, and organizational development needs across the entire operation.
  • Develop and implement training plans, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and developmental plans for associated client group.
  • Manage 3rd party labor sourcing based on company need and peak demand.
  • Oversee site HR KPIs and understand their impact on the business KPIs.
  • Investigate and oversee all site level employee relations issues and/or complaints.
  • Additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Organization preferred.
  • Manufacturing, production, or distribution industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain preferred.
  • Minimum combination of 4 years of Generalist experience.
