About the Position

ITS has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic growing organization! Reporting to the Director - HR Operations, the HR Coordinator will be critical to the success of our People operations. This role will support all activities of our team member’s lifecycle including onboarding, recognition, and offboarding. The HR Coordinator processes all organizational changes, administers our premise access system, supports benefit and engagement operations, and supports general HR compliance. This role may evolve to include supporting other areas within HR including recruitment, training, and total reward strategies.   • Responsible for I-9 Management.
  • Responsible for all onboarding tasks. Including:
    • Background Checks
    • Drug Screens
    • Employment verifications
    • I-9 processing
    • New hire PAFs
    • ADP data entry
  • Provides new hires with electronic information packets, guiding them through the onboarding process to include payroll information, obtaining signatures, and reviewing company policies.
  • Provides business requested reporting.
  • Responsible for training compliance.
  • Proactively audits work and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to process.
  • Manages premise systems including badge and access security.
  • Manages the maintenance of team member personnel and confidential files.
  • Point of contact for all ITS inbound calls, directing calls to all lines of business and proactively auditing the phone tree to ensure efficiency.
  • Work in close partnership with all HR Team Members and HR Leadership to support HR events and projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About the requirements

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another business-related field preferred but not necessary.
  • 1+ year working in HR related field preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Excel preferred.
