About the Position

ITS is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and analytical-driven team member to join our growing organization as our Benefits Administrator.  This is a people-first role, supporting our team members in all aspects of benefits and wellness, continuously streamlining operations and providing analytical insight to enhance our Employer Value Proposition.

  • In partnership with the business and extended HR team, develops and organizes a multi-year plan for the evolution of benefits supporting team members throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Supports the overall benefits technology roadmap, implementing and maintaining all systems to ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, increase in utilization, federal compliance, and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Acts as point of contact for all benefit and 401k auditing and reporting including monitoring eligibility, auditing contribution/deduction discrepancies, annual and routine audits, and completing all federal required filing.
  • Assists in preparing presentations for benefit and 401k plan amendments or changes by providing insightful cost-benefit analysis and metrics to drive higher enrollment where applicable, while minimizing team member and organization fees.
  • Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, brokers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health and financial events, classes, assessments/screenings, information resources, and other educational opportunities.
  • Assists in the insurance renewal/Open Enrollment process including data preparation and analysis, plan design, marketing and communication material, and enrollment coordination across all business units.
  • Completes all billing and data related responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, HR, or another business-related field preferred. Training, certification, or equivalent experience may be substituted for years of experience.
  • 3+ years in managing enterprise-wide benefit programs in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Excel skills with the ability to mine and forecast utilization and trend data. 
  • Understands benefit processes, data, and general system integrations, maintaining the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement an improved process cohesively, involving multiple party stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, without compromising quality or customer care.
  • Ability to make diligent and quick decisions, driving results through others and offering constructive criticism when appropriate.
  • Strong work ethic.
