ABOUT THE JOB
Lead Facilities and Enterprise Support will report to the Manager - Enterprise Site Support and is responsible for the general upkeep, appearance, and operational efficiency of the workplace. This role supports ITS Logistics’ facilities strategy and execution, working autonomously and proactively to ensure a functional, safe, and engaging office environment. Duties and responsibilities include:
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Manages facility issues: repairs, deliveries, security, and upgrades
- Conducts regular walkthroughs for hazards/maintenance
- Coordinates workspace setups, moves, and furniture inventory
- Maintains office appearance and common areas
Space & Office Management
- Oversees space planning and office layout improvements
- Orders and manages office and breakroom inventory
- Coordinates meeting logistics and outdoor space use
Access & Security
- Manages badges, timecards, keys, and door access
- Supports new hire security/facility orientation
- On-call for facility-related emergencies
Communication & Engagement
- Liaison with property management and staff communications
- Partners with HR on events, parking, and employee engagement
- Manages Facilities Inbox and tracks issue resolution
Vendor & Contract Management
- Leads vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance oversight
- Oversees facilities contracts and service quality
- Supports procurement and cost analysis for all ITS locations
Miscellaneous
- Maintains lost and found, mail/package deliveries, and water filters
- Manages special vendors (e.g., barber)
- Handles general Service Desk requests and other assigned duties
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in a professional work environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite
- High attention to detail and focus on results
