About the Position

ITS has an immediate opening for an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading successful customer implementations.  To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in operations and excellent communication skills.  Successful Implementation Specialists will need to learn and leverage a thorough understanding of the customer onboarding process and be comfortable working independently with minimal direction.  This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Onboarding and Implementation. We’re looking for a solid player with succession capabilities beyond this role; one with the capacity to engage teams and build followership.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Accountable for all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems/operational implementations
  • Serves as the floor level resource for operations, account management and IT
  • Works with WMS specialists and is the primary resource for basic UAT
  • Responsible for tactical level assignments defined within Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
  • Helps facilitate the transition of newly launched customers to the operational and account management teams
  • Must be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding

 

 

 

about the requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience is a must with experience utilizing multiple WMS applications preferred
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems and apply critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments at the same time and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to develop a business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work independently and make independent judgments. It is important that the candidate can think strategically and possess analytical skills that will allow him / her to generate, review and analyze various reports and processes.
  • Working knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain process and understanding of the receiving and picking process
  • Must be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
