About the Position
ITS has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic growing Center! Under the general direction of the HR Director and Talent Acquisition Lead, the HR Coordinator will support the Talent Team in servicing our business. This role helps shape the team member experience including onboarding support, event planning, managing office amenities, and coordinating volunteer events. Additionally, this role is heavily involved in recruiting high-performing talent. The HR Coordinator helps create a dynamic and supportive environment for our team. - Provides recruiting support through candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hosting on-site office tours.
- Coordinates day-to-day office operations including breakroom and coffee supplies, micro-market inventory, patio furniture, and plant upkeep to maintain a welcoming workspace.
- Supports team member engagement and culture initiatives, including floor outings, Office Olympics, eating competitions, volunteer events, and internal programs such as the “Why Wall,” birthdays, and benefit perk displays.
- Prepares new hire onboarding materials and guides members through the onboarding process, including payroll setup, policy reviews, required signatures, badges, parking assignments, and desk setup.
- Supports onboarding administration, including background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, I-9 processing, PAFs, and accurate data entry in ADP.
- Assists with planning and execution of large-scale events, including company-wide celebrations and the annual Christmas party; own food orders and cleaning logistics for meetings and events.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to capture and share photos of events and cultural moments, and assist with internal communications and weekly activity recaps.
- Supports basic office technology needs such as TV/audio setup, light computer assistance, and coordination with internal teams as needed.
- Serves as the point of contact for all ITS inbound calls, directing calls to all lines of business and proactively auditing the phone tree to ensure efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About the requirements
- Associate’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another business-related field preferred.
- 1+ year experience in HR or related field.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Excel experience preferred.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with all levels of the organization
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive employee experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
- Energetic attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
Compensation
$19-$20/ hr - DOE
