Principle Accountabilities

ITS is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to join our dynamic growing organization as a Sales Compensation Analyst. The Sales Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for the Brokerage division. Collaborating closely with leadership, this role develops, implements, and maintains the full lifecycle of compensation programs that align with company objects and drive sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a process-oriented individual to manage one of the most vital components in the success of our organization.

  • Compensation Plan Design and Administration:
  • Develop and implement effective sales compensation plans, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of sales incentives.
  • Create documentation of sales incentives in compliance with ITS and external regulations relates to compensation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commission-related questions from team members.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales compensation data in the company's database and compensation systems to ensure team members are paid accurately.
  • Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure the company’s data is accurate and secure.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Create comprehensive sales compensation reports, including sales performance, commission payouts, projected compensation cost.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and models for sales compensation plans.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by sales leadership or management.
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis of compensation and sales incentive data to identify plan effectiveness and trends.
  • Design visuals to display compensation data in an easily digestible format.
  • Project Management:
  • Support sales compensation-related projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

About The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in compensation, financial analysis or data analysis required.
  • Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups.
  • Entry to intermediate level experience in database tools, dashboards, programming strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands complex data relationships and general system integrations while maintaining the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, without compromising quality.
  • Strong work ethic.
