ROLE:

At Ivalua, we are currently seeking an Implementation Lead for our Innovation Success team within the Professional Services department. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will drive the deployment of innovations, contribute to continuous product improvement, and provide client support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Key Responsibilities:

Deployment of Innovations

  • Successfully deploy innovations for clients within designated budgets and timelines.

  • Evaluate and consolidate innovations based on optimization opportunities identified with clients, distinguishing between product-level and project-level issues. Ensure innovations are robust and fully optimized prior to broader rollout by addressing all potential improvements identified during evaluation.

  • Contribute to the development of Ivalua add-ons by delivering high-quality outputs through peer reviews.

Continuous Product Improvement

  • Lead "Solution Optimization and Adoption" initiatives with clients to proactively evaluate and improve implementation quality.

  • Develop and implement best practices based on lessons learned from previous innovations and deployments. Capture and integrate insights to enhance future processes and solutions.

  • Create and distribute materials for internal and partner communications, and provide content to Services Ops for enablement sessions.

Ivalua Solution Expertise

  • Propose scalable, long-term solutions by demonstrating comprehensive product and industry knowledge.

  • Develop the technical and domain skills required for assignments (e.g., SQL, IVA Gen AI, Ivalua configuration, and relevant certifications).

  • Actively engage with the community by addressing client and partner requests, sharing feedback, and highlighting implementation successes for new feature releases.

Project Knowledge and Support

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the client knowledge base.

  • Maintain deep, detailed knowledge of client implementations within your assigned scope.

  • Promote innovation and configuration best practices to drive client success and optimize solution deployment.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the experience and strengths below, this role could be a great fit:

Experience & Core Competencies:

  • At least 5 years+ of experience in product management and solution deployment.

  • Proven track record in project management and solution implementation.

  • Product-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25%).

Agentic AI Expertise:

  • Solid understanding of AI Agent architectures (e.g., planning, memory, tool usage) and their practical applications in client environments.

  • Ability to map client processes to potential AI Agent workflows and define necessary inputs/outputs.

  • Familiarity with operational considerations for deploying autonomous or semi-autonomous AI solutions.

  • Experience integrating specialized tools or APIs with AI agents to enhance their capabilities.

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Computer Science or relevant field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PMP certification or equivalent.

  • Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes.

  • Industry-specific domain knowledge.

The salary range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, salary may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Implementation lead - Innovation Success  

Base range minimum: 94000$ USD

Base range maximum: 159000$ USD

*Additional compensation / rewards: In addition to the base salary information above, Ivalua offers an uncapped commission plan as part of the competitive compensation package. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
