IVX Health is searching for a detail-driven HR Generalist to support our growing team at the national level. This hybrid role is based out of our Brentwood, TN corporate office—with full in-office onboarding and hybrid flexibility (3 days/week) after training.

What You Will Do

Own the Employee Lifecycle – Manage job, title, supervisor, and status changes in Paycom, coordinating closely with IT and Payroll for clean, timely execution.

Run Our Core HR Systems – Be the go-to for Paycom, ProviderTrust, MedTrainer, Seismic, and our internal Shop. Track certifications and renewals to ensure compliance and record integrity.

Support Compliance and Credentialing – Help prepare for audits and manage clinical documentation, including HIPAA, BLS/PALS, TB tests, and Hep B titers.

Be the First Line of Support – Answer employee questions around benefits, policies, and systems with accuracy and warmth—escalating issues to HR leadership or HRBPs when needed.

Provide Day-to-Day HR Admin – Handle employee acknowledgments (bereavement gifts, birthdays, anniversaries), assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain essential documentation.

Keep Policies Up to Date – Maintain policy documents and handbooks, track acknowledgments, and support rollout communications.

Track and Report Key Metrics – Run headcount, turnover, and diversity reports. Provide DEI-related insights and data support.

Foster Engagement and Recognition – Coordinate employee milestone celebrations, engagement events, and survey participation tracking.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience

2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-state or healthcare setting

Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred)

Familiarity with credentialing or compliance systems is a plus
