Sales Trainer
Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid)

IVX Health is hiring a Sales Trainer to support our growing national sales team. Based in our Brentwood, TN corporate office with a hybrid schedule, this role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable training programs that empower our sales reps to confidently engage with healthcare providers and referral sources across the country.
You’ll lead onboarding for new hires, facilitate ongoing development for existing team members, and build content that helps sales professionals succeed in the highly specialized ambulatory infusion space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sales enablement at IVX—training with purpose and helping improve care for patients with complex chronic conditions.
What You’ll Do

Design and deliver scalable, high-impact training programs that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing sales development.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine the best delivery methods to support retention and engagement.

Build compelling training materials, including lesson plans, LMS modules, decks, job aids, and field-based tools.

Leverage instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to make every training experience memorable and effective.

Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure training initiatives align with evolving business goals and performance expectations.

Track and analyze training metrics—like ramp speed, assessment scores, and performance data—to optimize content over time.

Provide virtual coaching and support to sales reps post-training to reinforce learning and promote continuous growth.

Stay current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to keep IVX Health on the leading edge.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering training for sales teams, ideally in healthcare or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related area—or equivalent work experience

Deep understanding of adult learning principles, sales effectiveness strategies, and instructional design

Experience working in a learning management system (LMS) and building e-learning content

Proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, Vyond, or other training design platforms

Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a learner-focused mindset
