About the Role:
The Product Implementation Coordinator will support the Market & Product Development and Partnerships & Strategy teams, as well as the broader IVX Health organization. This role touches several functional areas, including Product, Market Development, Strategic Relationships (Health Systems, Payers, Employers, Pharma), Operations, Sales, and Finance. Reporting directly to the Head of Market & Product Development, you will have regular exposure to business unit leaders in a fast-moving and challenging environment, with significant opportunities for growth. The Coordinator will focus on driving IVX Health’s product and capability strategy, process development, and strategic growth initiatives, with an emphasis on market development.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Implementation: Support end-to-end implementation for designated projects (e.g., new drug launches, partner/client product rollouts, EHR integrations), ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of product development and capability enhancements across diverse groups of internal stakeholders and departments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Manage project planning and execution, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update product and capability specifications, process flows, and project milestones documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Partnerships & Strategy to align on project objectives and implementation needs.
  • Feedback and Performance Analysis: Review performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for future implementations. Partner with Data and Finance teams to inform reporting on key metrics.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, action items, and status reports, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in developing training materials and supporting onboarding sessions for team members related to new products and processes.
  • Compliance and Quality Monitoring: Ensure product performance and processes align with company standards and quality expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Manage projects with a focus on cross-team inclusion, ensuring accountability for defined outcomes
What You'll Bring:
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
  • Proficiency with standard office software applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office®) with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus.
  • Self-starter with experience in project-based research and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Since the role involves issue resolution and risk mitigation, strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for navigating roadblocks and developing effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: In a role where documentation, timelines, and process flows are critical, attention to detail is key to ensuring accuracy and quality in project implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities, all while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple projects, adhering to timelines, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Effective cross-functional collaboration is a core aspect of this role, so teamwork and the ability to work seamlessly with different departments should be highlighted.
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements requires solid analytical thinking.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field in progress or completed preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or function.
