IVX Health is growing fast, and we’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and elevate our IT service delivery across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership in a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare environment.

This role is based in our Brentwood, TN headquarters and follows a flexible hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and additional flexibility.
About the Role
The IT Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring IVX Health’s technology infrastructure and support functions run seamlessly across both corporate and center-level environments. This role leads our IT service desk and support teams, driving operational excellence while delivering an outstanding end-user experience.
In addition to overseeing daily IT operations, this position partners with senior leadership to shape IT strategy, enhance system performance, and implement technology solutions that align with business goals. Success in this role is defined by reliable IT operations, strong team leadership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily IT service desk and support operations, ensuring timely and effective technical assistance for all employees.
- Lead, coach, and develop IT support team members, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor help desk performance metrics, track user satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and system performance, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
- Oversee vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring quality and reliability from external providers.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies that improve efficiency, security, and system reliability.
- Maintain IT compliance, security standards, and up-to-date documentation of systems and processes.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues when needed.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader who combines technical expertise with strong communication and people management skills. You might be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience leading IT support or operations teams in a corporate or multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of IT service desk operations, system performance management, and incident response best practices
- Technical proficiency in system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and network/cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant experience in IT operations and support)
- 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, help desk management, or technical support
- Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations, preferably as an IT Operations Manager or in a similar capacity.
