What You Will Do Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision. Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses. Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management. Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards. Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits. Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus. Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred. Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols. Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance. Provider Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, practice administrators, referral coordinators, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient referral processes. Serve as a key liaison between referring providers and IVX operational teams to facilitate referral coordination, patient onboarding, and ongoing provider communication. Foster professional relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and industry partners in accordance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Community & Market Engagement Represent IVX Health through professional networking opportunities, community events, and industry meetings to increase awareness of infusion services among healthcare providers. Partner with marketing and internal teams to coordinate outreach initiatives and communicate relevant service updates to referral sources. Territory Planning, Reporting & CRM Management Accurately document referral activity, provider engagement efforts, and territory insights within designated CRM systems. Submit required reports, activity documentation, and expense reports within established timelines. Monitor referral trends, provider feedback, and local market activity, sharing key insights with sales leadership.
