What You Will Do
Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.

What We're Looking For
Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.

IVX Health is seeking a Healthcare Licensing & Enrollment Manager to oversee Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, CLIA certification, and facility licensing across a growing national footprint. This role is responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting legal and compliance initiatives in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
Manage Licensing & Enrollment Operations: Oversee Medicare (PECOS) and Medicaid enrollments, revalidations, updates, and changes of ownership across all locations. Maintain active facility licensing and prevent lapses in billing eligibility
Lead Regulatory Compliance Efforts: Ensure adherence to CMS regulations, state licensing requirements, and CLIA standards. Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit-ready documentation across all entities
Support Legal & Compliance Functions: Assist the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory matters, compliance initiatives, and preparation for audits, inspections, and Board-level reporting
Oversee CLIA Certification & Requirements: Manage CLIA applications, renewals, and compliance for laboratory services. Maintain documentation and readiness for inspections
Coordinate with Regulatory Bodies: Serve as a primary point of contact for CMS, state agencies, and licensing boards. Track deadlines and manage communication to ensure timely submissions and approvals
Build & Maintain Tracking Systems: Develop and manage centralized systems to track licensing, enrollment, and compliance activities across a multi-site organization
Mitigate Risk & Support Audits: Identify compliance risks, support state inspections, and contribute to audit preparation and resolution of findings
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment on credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes.
Essential Competencies & Skills
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, healthcare compliance frameworks, and state licensing requirements
Hands-on experience with PECOS, Medicaid enrollment systems, and credentialing platforms such as CAQH
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory submissions in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-ready documentation
Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and compliance vendors
Ability to build processes and structure within a growing, multi-site organization
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; paralegal experience preferred
5+ years of experience in Medicare enrollment (PECOS required), Medicaid enrollment, provider credentialing, licensing, or healthcare compliance
Experience managing facility licensing through state Departments of Health strongly preferred
Working knowledge of CLIA certification and compliance requirements
Experience in multi-site healthcare environments such as infusion centers, specialty clinics, or outpatient settings preferred.
