Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. In this hands-on position, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics process—ensuring that products are received, tracked, and shipped with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and prepare goods, keeping our inventory system up to date and our customers happy. If you thrive on structure, enjoy physical tasks, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

• Use bar code scanning systems to track inventory and update warehouse records

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, making sure everything is correctly labelled and secure

• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks to move products safely throughout the warehouse

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with your team to keep things running smoothly every day

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in shipping/receiving or general warehouse operations

• Familiarity with bar code scanning and inventory software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification

• Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a similar industry

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Accuracy and attention to detail—especially when checking incoming and outgoing shipments

• Comfort using scanning tools, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to keeping the space tidy and efficient

• Great communication and teamwork—because everything flows better when we work together
