Event Measurement Analyst

Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Experience Without Limits. Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we create, and build, head-turning, smile-inducing, impact driving brand experiences. We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of experiences.

That takes a team that’s bold, curious, and acts as one - building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and showing up for each other. Here, you’ll do your best work, grow fast, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.

Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.

We bring brands to life through immersive live, virtual, and hybrid experiences. We’ve partnered with leading global brands to create meaningful connections that drive measurable business results. Our Strategy & Planning team sits at the intersection of data, insight, and creativity—helping clients understand the true impact of their event programs.

The Role

We’re looking for an Event Measurement Analyst to help turn event data into clear, compelling performance stories. In this role, you’ll support the full measurement lifecycle—from early-stage strategy and KPI development through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, balancing attention to detail with a strong understanding of how events contribute to broader business goals.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help define how success is measured across experiential programs and ensure the right data is captured from the start. As projects progress, you’ll analyze data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Supporting the development of measurement frameworks and KPIs for events and trade shows
  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from event platforms, surveys, and third-party tools
  • Identifying trends in attendee behavior and overall event performance
  • Creating clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organized datasets and documentation
  • Contributing to broader strategy work, including research and trend analysis

You’ll also have the opportunity to continuously improve processes and bring new ideas to how we measure and report event success. Some travel may be required depending on project needs.

What You’ll Bring

You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy problem-solving and can connect the dots between data and business impact.

We’re typically looking for:

  • A degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, or Marketing
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis (events, experiential, or marketing analytics preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple datasets, including cleaning, validation, and visualization
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Experience in trade shows, corporate events, or regulated industries like pharmaceuticals is a plus, but not required.
